Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. Please ensure all order details, including sizes and shipping addresses, are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or inconsistent with your order, we are here to help. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must adhere to the following:

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us at help@magaplease.com within 24 hours of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier tracking information.

  • Required Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or inconsistency.

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your claim is submitted and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

Claims submitted after the 24-hour delivery window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival.
